You play a white guy with a Blue and green flower shirt and i thought it was vice city but i bought that and it isnt him. does it come later or something??? i remember the places that i go with him but its just not the white guy its the black one that was in the army. this is for playstation 2. The disc says Grand Theft auto Vice city Double pack.

President Obama says investing in a “green economy” can create 5 million jobs in the next 10 years. How? The answer may lie in Germany. Germany has developed 250,000 new jobs in renewable energy, including nearly 50,000 wind-power jobs in the last five years alone.
The government worked to promote a green culture through all levels of society. ”We started with simpler parts, like automating systems in office buildings to use less power,” says Elmar Bollin, a director of research in Baden-Württemberg. Financial incentives were given to people who retrofitted their homes with renewable sources. Police officers ticketed polluting cars that drove in emission-reduction zones. I don’t need “proof” that the oil companies are lying, just like I don’t need proof that the sun is shining or that water is wet.
Big Oil is only about ONE thing – more profit.
One could indeed make the argument that it is Big Oil keeping us intertwined with terrorism and bleeding the American coffers dry in the neverending black hole of Defense spending, Homeland Security funding, and wars on two fronts — for what? All in the name of the “war on terror?”
If we could just wean ourselves from the black evil sludge, we could disengage ourselves from the quagmire called the Middle East – once and for all.

Last night before I went to sleep the computer was on and doing auto updates. After it was done, I heard the computer restarting (as with all updates). This morning when I woke up, however, the computer was on, but the screen was completely black even after I had turned the monitor on.
I force-turn the computer off and turn it on again, and I can’t even press F8 because the screen’s just black the whole time (despite the fact that the monitor is connected, as its green light indicates) What is the problem Thanks in advance!

Turn off all power to the computer.
Restart and right away start tapping F8
See if that unlocks it.

i got the car and am new to manual but i can drive it. i know how now even though my bimmer took a beating the two days it took me to learn.
1) how is manual better on gas at 60 km/h in 5th gear im at 1 1/2 rmp and isint that the same on an auto
2) when the light turns green my pick up is slow. why is that
how much does the rpm need to go in in 1st for me to get to second and from second how much to get to third and so on. because its embarrassing my fastest i swear a beat up van can beat me. i dont know how much pressure to put on the engine and stuff.
when making a left turn do i only use 1st gear or second because when i only use 1st gear by the time the turn is done the car is at 5 rpm plus… im assuming thats not good.
i know i am a dumb and dont really want to ask other guys because im going to be the laughing stock and people already dont like me cause i have a bimmer.

A manual is more efficient than an auto, so it’s better on gas because there is less friction in it. The rpms between the auto and manual should be the same for last gear.
When the cross light turns yellow, you should be putting the car in gear and letting the clutch out slowly to get the car moving. When your light changes to green, your car would slowly be moving already, so you just give it more gas and take off. This takes practice.
It depends on your driving. I usually do the 1-2 shift between 2-3k rpm, depending on how fast I need to be accelerating. I do the same for 2nd, and the rest of the gears, I just feel it out. You’d have to try it and see how the car responds in each gear at certain rpms.
When making a left turn, if you’re stopped, you would have the car in 1st. If you’re rolling, 2nd should do just fine. Sometimes I’m taking a turn fast enough to be in 3rd. Once again, try it and see how the car responds. You probably have no power below 1.5-2k rpm, so try keeping it above that.

i have a sceptre X7G-NagaVI and this problem has just come up after leaving my computer alone for awhile
the only settings i have on as far as standby and stuff is a screensaver and auto monitor shut off (and yes i have wiggled the mouse and stuff)
this is only the second time this has happened the first i was able to get things to normal by shutting off the computer and turning it off again but after leaving it alone for a awhile the darn thing did it again and now even turning the computer off and on doesn’t work
i have also tried to turn off the monitor but it wont turn off
i have also resorted to unplugging the monitor from it’s power and the tower
as well as simply turning off the computer and unplugging everything
i have a feeling my video card has gone out but i have really no clue whats going on here
any help would be nice thanks

Monitor is bad, Try getting a new monitor. It is unlikely that it is the video card. If it is then you will need to get a new video card (duh)

it is in words only. Those who are hyped in going green are only doing it where it pleases them or promotes them. I still see them driving polluting autos, eating process foods that eats energy, they wear clothes made of man made fibers and natural fibers treated with chemicals that make them soft or pretty with all those dyes that are chemicals and then enter our water-fer.Thes dyes are not treated before release as the cloth comes from third world countries that have little or no treatment standards.

well people still need to get around, and they still need to wear clothes don’t they You can’t solve every problem at once. The good news is that there is a trend towards improvement in the green aspect of things, and it’s because of the influence of green minded people.
I believe that trend will continue into the future and we will one day live in harmony with our Planet. Until then we have to do what we can, but we have to live our lives.

When I turn the Pentax Z10 on Auto Pict comes on with the “green mode” icon and stays on for about 3 seconde then everything goes off. Then I press and hold the playback button for 2 seconds. The camera should turn on and be in playback mode. Switch to Camera Mode by opening the from slider cover. Problem is can’t go on main menu and can’t cancel the Green Mode. Please Help me guys. Thanks

i bought a aer pro auto antenna to fit into my car but the instructions on the back where no help, i got 5 cables coming out of it 2 blacks red green and the cable that goes into my head unit for reception. Where do all these cables go i know black is ground but why 2 grounds and do i have to make the cables longer there like 40 cms long, any help would be good thanks!

first read the instructions if available. one ground is the power ground. the other is the anttenna ground. green is ground typically. I presume this anttenna is motorized to rise and descend. some careful testing double checking is needed

It is your monitor saying it is no longer receiving a signal. Turn off the monitor as well or you can check the monitor settings or sleep settings in control panel.

well all it would logically come out to is that it has no charge, but apparently not so i would take it to best buy, cuase they have that whole “geek squad” thing lol or wherever you bought it and check the warranty or just buy a new one, it could possilby be a defective camera
